The article “Promotion of perineural invasion of cholangiocarcinoma by Schwann cells via nerve growth factor” (doi: 10.21037/jgo-24-309) published in the Vol 15, No 3 (June, 2024) issue of Journal of Gastrointestinal Oncology (1) has been retracted at the request of all authors due to concerns regarding the integrity of the figures. After reviewing the raw data, the authors believe that these errors affect the accuracy of the results and apologize for any inconvenience caused.
